We want you to feel confident when shopping with Elmicarno. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days in accordance with the conditions below.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a standard return, the product should generally be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Cleaning Products and Opened Items
Because Elmicarno sells household cleaning products, liquids, sprays, foams, and similar consumable products, we generally cannot accept standard change-of-mind returns for products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Partially consumed
- Damaged after delivery
- Altered or transferred into another container
- Improperly stored
This restriction does not affect claims involving products that arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging where applicable
We may offer, depending on the circumstances:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Another appropriate resolution
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until our support team has reviewed your claim unless keeping it would create a safety concern.
4. Surface Compatibility and Use
Cleaning products must be used in accordance with the product label and instructions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product directions, warnings, and surface-compatibility information before use and for testing products on a small, inconspicuous area when recommended.
Refunds may not be available for damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow directions, use on an unsuitable surface, mixing with other chemicals, or other use contrary to product instructions, except where required by law.
5. Return Authorization

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and, where applicable, the appropriate return destination.
Do not send a return to an address shown on a parcel or shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from an error by Elmicarno.
7. Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund decision.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at support@elmicarno.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
9. Bundles and Promotional Offers
Products purchased through "Buy More, Save More," "Buy X Get X Free," bundle, gift, or promotional offers may need to be returned together to qualify for a full refund.
If only part of a promotional bundle is returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the value of the products retained and the applicable promotion.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
